Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales on the company's business platform.
  • Effectively communicate with potential customers through social platforms, understand their needs, and provide professional product solutions.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track sales orders, coordinate the handling of customer complaints and issues, and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, formulate effective sales strategies, and increase market share.
  • Actively promoting and selling various SaaS internet products.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of e-commerce sales experience, proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, and marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong market analysis and adaptability, able to accurately grasp market demands.
  • Team player with a proactive and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in office software and internet tools; experience in blockchain, internet marketing, or related fields is preferred.
