We're Hiring : Financial Compliance Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Compliance Consultant to ensure our financial operations align with regulatory standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and auditing practices to safeguard our organization against financial discrepancies.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare and lead FIT-to-Template workshops, assessing current business processes and aligning them with standardized global finance processes.
• Conduct scoping sessions to define Financial Compliance requirements and localization needs.
• Liaise with local Finance stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of Financial Compliance frameworks.
• Assess and document localization requirements for ICFR and financial approval processes.
• Contribute to Change Impact Assessments and support communication of changes to business users.
• Execute testing activities (UT, SAT, UAT, REG) related to financial approval requirements.
• Prepare and conduct Key User and End User training for financial compliance systems and processes.
• Provide Go-Live and Hypercare support, including activities related to Month-End Closing.
• Contribute to the adaptation of internal control frameworks, structures, and requirements, working closely with global and regional finance teams.
• Create, align, and maintain project documentation according to established methodologies and standards.
• Ensure template governance and change control management in alignment with overall Finance governance principles.
