The Executive, Global Rankings Office is responsible for enhancing the university's global standing, with a particular focus on improving academic and employer reputation. The role requires a strong understanding of survey methodologies, exceptional data analysis skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Reputation Management & Strategy : To execute the strategy to enhance and protect its reputation in global academic and employer surveys. This includes identifying key influencers, analysing reputation trends and formulating action plans to address areas for improvement.
- Survey Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for external reputation surveys (e.g., QS Academic and Employer Reputation Surveys). Manage the nomination process for key internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a network of internal academics, researchers and senior administrators to encourage their participation in academic reputation surveys. Similarly, collaborate with Career Services, Alumni Relations and corporate partners to engage employers and secure their participation in employer reputation surveys.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyse reputation survey results to identify trends, strengths and weaknesses. Prepare detailed reports and highlighting areas where the reputation can be enhanced.
- Knowledge & Training : Stay informed about changes in survey methodologies and best practices for reputation management in higher education. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to foster a shared understanding of how their activities contribute to the university's global standing.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in any field.Proven experience in a related field involving reputation management, strategic communications or market research.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data and translate it into clear, actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis software is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences, including academics and employers.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and work under pressure.A deep understanding of the methodologies of major global university rankings, particularly the components related to academic and employer reputation surveys.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.Job Type : Full-time
