About the role
We are seeking a talented Community Nutritionist / Dietitian to join our team at All Day Pharmacy. As a full-time Community Nutritionist / Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in promoting healthy lifestyles and providing nutrition counselling to our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting nutrition assessments and creating personalised diet plans for clients
- Providing one-on-one nutrition counselling and education to help clients achieve their health goals
- Organising and facilitating group workshops and seminars on various nutrition-related topics
- Collaborating with the pharmacy team to offer integrated healthcare solutions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in community nutrition
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
