Manager - Tax

Responsibilities

• Tax Advisory Services : Lead tax strategies and planning initiatives to enhance the Group’s tax efficiencies. Provide tax advisory support to Business Units on all tax matters, including corporate & individual tax, sales and services tax, transfer pricing, tax incentives etc.
• Tax compliance services : including review and submission of tax returns and tax estimates.
• BEPS Reporting : Oversee BEPS reporting, including Country-by-Country reporting and Global Minimum Tax reporting and filing.
• Tax Audits and Appeals : Manage the Group’s tax audits and tax appeals.
• Tax Training : Develop training programs and provide regular tax training and updates to finance teams.
• Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest tax developments and identify potential tax implications for the Group.
• Collaborative Relationships : Establish and maintain productive and cooperative relationships with peers in Finance and Accounting functions within the Group and with external parties.
• Liaison with External Parties : Act as the liaison with external tax consultants and tax authorities.
