Business Intelligence Analyst (Senior)

Overview

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst BW at Hilti. You will be an integral part of the Global SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Team, driving the use and adoption of reporting to enhance decision-making across the Hilti organization. You will collaborate with internal and external team members to manage stakeholder requirements within a business domain and design, develop, and maintain BW data models and reporting solutions to fulfill these needs, ensure operational excellence, and provide guidance to other team members.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage business stakeholders and their requirements : identify and analyze reporting needs and provide recommendations to enhance reporting processes.
• Shape and own BW data models : collaborate with internal and external team members to conceptualize and implement new data models that align with business requirements.
• Drive operational excellence : support the SAP BW solution and existing data models and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement them.
• Guide and train others : develop skills toward leadership, provide domain expertise, and coordinate activities; offer guidance to internal and external colleagues in extending and supporting the data model portfolio.
