Establish a full knowledge of platform features and promotions Ensure that allocated clients are introduced / contacted regularly and managed Ensure that allocated clients are well up-to-date about latest offers and campaigns Reactivate allocated clients by using platforms and apps Ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner Provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients Assist on client behaviour analysis and provide reporting on market and financial activities Qualifications and Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field Past experience in customer support or sales in the finance industry Knowledge of the fintech industry is a strong advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second European language is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks Effective customer service skills and a collaborative team player Benefits and Perks
