- Manage accounts receivable, including reconciliation, invoicing, payment follow-up, and aging analysis.
- Monitor customer payment schedules, promptly identify and report irregularities, and assist in improving collection efficiency.
- Prepare and submit AR-related reports, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Review contracts, orders, and payment documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Handle invoice management and system entries, ensuring consistency between accounting records and system data.
- Assist in optimizing financial processes and supporting SaaS system implementation and adaptation.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.Good understanding of AR processes, with analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP / finance systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and HQ.
