Company website : Job Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable, including reconciliation, invoicing, payment follow-up, and aging analysis.
  • Monitor customer payment schedules, promptly identify and report irregularities, and assist in improving collection efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit AR-related reports, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support management decisions.
  • Review contracts, orders, and payment documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Handle invoice management and system entries, ensuring consistency between accounting records and system data.
  • Assist in optimizing financial processes and supporting SaaS system implementation and adaptation.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of AR processes, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP / finance systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and HQ.
