The Project Coordinator (Internal : Title Coordinator) will handle multiple projects / clients and act as a liaison between Service Delivery and Production for client assigned orders. The Project Coordinator will bring together various assets, data and reports to ensure on-time delivery of projects in coordination with the larger team. This position reports into the Service Delivery Manager. Responsibilities : Professional client interaction when confirming orders and delivery dates externally. Take responsibility on the assigned client projects, and report critical issues to the Client Managers and Global Directors in charge with immediate effect. Perform order entries based on client requests and ensure final deliveries are within the expected timeframe. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Learn to manage a new client’s project or an additional workflow to increase the team’s scalability. Abide by security policies and protect information and assets entrusted to you. Perform simple file research. Essential Skills & Qualifications A Degree or Diploma in Business Management / Administration or equivalent 2-3 years experience with end-to-end project management Knowledge and experience working with project tools Strong and consistent communication skills to build and nurture relationships with all stakeholders and operational leadership as required. Precision in Work Output Provide a strong delivery and operational leadership with an eye for detail Able to work in a team environment with a can-do attitude and willing to support others Able to work independently Due to project requirement, applicant with Mandarin proficiency is required Others Willing to work weekend / odd shift (e.g : Tuesday to Saturday) Seniority level : Associate Employment type : Full-time Job function : Project Management Industries : Translation and Localization
