Penerangan pekerjaanConsistently overachieved revenue targets and sustainably grow the account. Identify customer-specific transformational opportunities and create opportunities for Clients offering focused solutions. Manages client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensures profit objectives are met. Identify new business opportunities and manage sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account. Engage with principal, partners, and vendors, in the sales activities on IT products and services of the Company to ensure sales targets are achieved and to maintain good customer rapport. To present, negotiate, and prepare contracts and quotations. To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent. Min 3 years experience in IT Software Sales, especially ERP and Business Intelligence. Solid experience in servicing diverse industries Sales or sales-related background with history and track record of achievement of gross profit objectives. Strong initiative & people networking skills. Sales excellence : Using business acumen, adding business value to customers, managing the competition, presenting, negotiating, and closing well. Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin language is an added advantage as we are selling China software solutions. Passion to WIN – Possess a strong desire to succeed and WIN; with an attitude to make a difference. Industry and account knowledge – able to engage the customer on their specific industry and business technical matters towards raising influence and value. Challenger Sales Skills – able to engage and coach customers and internal stakeholders on what they need to do to fulfill their objectives. Communication skills – able to provide clarity to all parties, including customer executives, internal cross functional teams, and partners, aligning them towards the desired objective, strategy, and plan. Interpersonal and collaborative skills – able to collaborate with all stakeholders in an open symbiotic and respectful manner to keep them motivated, engaged, and committed. Account and Opportunity Plan Development and reporting – able to develop and maintain an account opportunity plan and execute it.
