Role

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. If you are passionate about acquiring, managing and servicing high service revenue accounts with the objective of revenue growth and account retention, then this could very well be the role for you.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Develop and formulate strategic and tactical plans to ensure KPI and goals are achieved;
  • Build market position by identifying and acquiring business deals with existing and new customers;
  • Develop and formulate retention strategy to minimize churn rate of the portfolio of accounts;
  • Provide and screen data / information for potential business deals by analysing market strategy, examining risks and financial accuracy for business decision making;
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping company information and tender confidential;
  • Provide excellent service to Company PIC to ensure maximized customer satisfaction;
  • Assist collection team on customers’ aging;
  • Ensure pipeline in CRM are diligently updated – consistently updating new opportunities week on week and progressing the opportunity sales motion from creation to closing;
  • Develop comprehensive Account plans for all assigned customers;
  • Orchestrate communication and collaboration between cross functional Digi team and customers;
  • Accountable on driving every opportunity to closure with a strategic plan;
  • Keeping track of all post-sales activities with timely delivery;
  • Working closely with Solution Manager and identifying new solutions for all assigned customers for sustainable account growth.
  • About You

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Engineering / Computer Sciences / Telecommunications / IT or Business Management
  • At least 3 years account management experience
  • Telecommunications experience, especially in commercial management, account management is an added advantage
  • PowerPoint presentation development skills
  • Strategic and a very analytical mindset
  • Ability to articulate thoughts in a logical, concise and convincing manner
  • Creative and financially savvy
  • Attention to detail and meticulous
  • Excellent communicator and strong ability to influence
  • Outgoing, extroverted and able to engage / build business relationships with C-suite audiences
