We are continuously expanding and seeking passionate professionals to join our Team as a Fleet Key Account Manager located in Malaysia, to manage business relations with our Taxi and Limousine Fleet Partners network across ASIA region.
Responsibilities :
Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners ( taxi companies) in ASIA.
- Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.
Strategic Account Planning :
Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each taxo fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems.Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.Contract Negotiation and Management :
Shortlist potential new partner - taxi fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads.Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.Onboarding and training of new taxi fleets partners.Data Analysis and Reporting :
Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvementMarket Intelligence :
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations and Pricing) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools.Reporting :
This role will be reporting to Regional Head, located within European time zone.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is nice to have.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management and experience working in a B2B business.Previous working experience in Ground Transportation industry is very nice to have.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience.Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions.Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.Willingness to travel if required - up to max 30 % of time occasionally.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills inEnglish - C1
