About the Role

Lead the execution and coordination of strategic initiatives in partnership with Agency Leaders to drive performance, enhance recruitment outcomes, and exceed key business targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment Planning : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with Agency Leaders to achieve regional recruitment targets.
• Performance Monitoring & Support : Leverage company-provided technology platforms and the Elite Academy ecosystem to track and enhance Life Planners’ performance.
• Recruitment Performance Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment quality and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Distribution Optimization : Enhance productivity and efficiency across the agency force by aligning initiatives with segmentation strategies.
• Field Engagement & Issue Resolution : Conduct regular field visits to gather insights, support strategic planning, and address branch-level challenges.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Operations, Agency Records, Recruitment, Compliance, Legal, and Actuarial teams to support and strengthen agency business operations.
• Conflict Mediation : Serve as a liaison between the company and agency force, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts professionally.
• Culture & Capability Building : Foster a high-performance culture and implement people systems that support sustainable business growth.
• Additional Duties : Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support sales development and operational requirements.
