Penerangan pekerjaanPossess a Degree in Law with at least 3 years of experience in legal practice and / or in-house counsel roles, preferably gained in reputable companies or law firms Strong background in contract management, corporate governance, corporate secretarial work and corporate laws Good analytical and drafting skills, organized and committed to deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage but not mandatory
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Executive, Legal to support the team by performing a variety of legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, supplier agreements, service contracts, purchase agreements, and licensing documents
- Maintain a database of executed contracts, track key dates (renewals, terminations, etc.), and assist to manage the contract lifecycle
- Organize and do necessary filing of company corporate documents such as board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and compliance records
- Assist with due diligence process in corporate transactions, including document collection, document review, and summaries of findings
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, hr, compliance) and external counsel to support business objectives
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive business and legal information
