- Support the evaluation and development of new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Assist in managing strategic initiatives that improve business performance and efficiency.
- Conduct market, competitor, and business performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with exposure to the retail industry.Understanding of retail operations processes, systems, and technologies, including point-of-sale (POS), inventory management, supply chain, e-commerce, and related areas.Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively and foster collaborative relationships.Meet deadlines and deliver projects on time and within scope.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.Willingness to travel as required.Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement, customer experience, and digital technologies.Job Type : Full-time
