Job brief
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual with a passion for networking and building strong business relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic B2B partnerships across Corporate, Government, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE), Hotel, and other business tourism sectors. The role focuses on creating impactful collaborations, strengthening tourism-related networks, and driving initiatives that support the company's objectives and growth strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic B2B partnerships with Corporations, Government agencies, MICE organizers, Hotels, and other tourism stakeholders
- Manage and monitor partnership performance, including reporting and alignment with annual business plans
- Build strong pipelines and identify opportunities for new collaborations and business growth
- Developing robust pipelines and executing exciting corporate partnership solutions
- Present proposals, market insights, and partnership opportunities to senior leadership (Vice President, CEO & Board of Directors)
Key Requirements
To have a diploma / degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.To have 3 years' experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.Strong knowledge of Malaysia's tourism ecosystem, including corporate travel, government initiatives, MICE, and hotel partnerships.To demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Understand the air-rail intermodality business and its environment which includes the analysis of its impact on the Company and its competitors is a plus.Familiarity with CRM systems, partnership management tools, and digital platforms (tech integration experience is an advantage)Note : Successful candidate will be offered a 2 years' employment contract with possibility to be absorbed as permanent or contract renewal (based on performance) at the end of the contract.
