About the Role
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to join BSEP Global Industries Sdn Bhd, a strategic partner of EMACO Global LLC (USA), representing internationally certified fire protection systems and equipment.
As an Assistant Sales Executive, you will support the sales team in developing new business opportunities, assisting customers, preparing quotations, and contributing to the company’s commercial growth. This role is ideal for junior-level candidates who are eager to build a career in technical sales within the fire protection industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, approaching, and following up on new sales leads in the fire protection and MEP industry.
- Engage with clients to understand their basic requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Prepare and support sales presentations, quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Help negotiate pricing and terms under supervision and assist in closing sales deals.
- Build and maintain good relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and sales campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
- Maintain customer databases, update CRM, and assist with weekly / monthly sales reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Early‑career professional or fresh graduate with strong interest in technical sales.Advantage if experienced in B2B, MEP, or fire protection industry, but training will be provided.Basic understanding of fire protection components (sprinklers, valves, hydrants, extinguishers, suppression systems) is a plus.Good communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Fire), Business, Marketing, or related fields.Must possess a valid driving license; own transport preferred.What We Offer
