Transport Supervisor

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field. Proven experience (3–5 years) in transport or logistics operations, with supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safety procedures. Proficient in MS Office and logistics / transport management systems.
Job Decsription :
- Supervise and manage daily activities of drivers and transport staff.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery routes and vehicle assignments.
- Monitor vehicle conditions, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, road transport regulations, and safety standards.
- Track deliveries and resolve delays or transportation issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, incidents, and maintenance.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for transport staff.
- Control transport costs and prepare operational reports.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior
