Senior Associate, Procurement (12 months Contract) — TNG Digital WP. Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Job Responsibilities
- Source & Negotiate : Identify suitable suppliers, lead negotiations, and secure favorable contracts aligned with business requirements.
- Manage Procurement Process : Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including RPIs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, evaluations, and other related matters.
- Optimize Costs : Analyse supplier proposals and spending data to drive cost savings and enhance value.
- Assess & Monitor Suppliers : Conduct vendor due diligence and monitor performance to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance.
- Ensure Timely Delivery : Coordinate with suppliers to meet delivery timelines and resolve any supply-related issues.
- Maintain Compliance : Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Leverage Digital Tools : Utilize procurement systems and automation tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
- Report & Collaborate : Prepare monthly procurement reports and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
