Full responsibility for the machine part programs / fixture / tooling / cycle time and efficiency, quality, and productivity for the CNC / Deburring Area machines.

In charge of process, fixture, tooling improvement activities to make the production more efficient and cycle time reduction.

In charge of introduction and SOP of new product from process, fixture, tooling and cycle time point of view.

To manage, prepare and pre-set the tooling for the CNC / Deburring Area machines (or support the CNC / Deburring Area technician to do so).

To organize and maintain the tooling storage.

Full responsibility on the tooling consumption and its verification (to meet and increase tooling wear life)

To liaise with HQ (CNC / Related Departments) pertaining any CNC programming and new Tool codification.

To install and set up the programming in the CNC Machine

To verify tooling minimum quantity level and re-order the material accordingly

To meet and liaise with supplier for any tooling issue

To perform training for CNC / Deburring Area Technician on all the CNC / Deburring Area machining aspect (tooling pre-setting, tooling wear evaluation, best practices etc.)

To review and update control plan / working instruction in cooperation with PMP QC.

To prepare and verify the preventive maintenance schedule of CNC and ROBOT Deburring machine.

In charge of fulfilling the production schedule given by the planning department

In charge of the Personnel in the CNC / Deburring area and to create shift schedule according to the production requirement.

In charge of supervising the use of control plan / control grid and any other in-process inspection tools to guarantee the quality of the components.

To comply with ISO 9001, requirement and standard in Production management.

Any others task assigned by superior.
