Social Media Manager

Penerangan pekerjaan2–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or creators. A proven track record of growing brand accounts or communities (show us the proof). Strong understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, and engagement triggers. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Later, or Notion. Copywriting skills that can turn passive scrollers into engaged fans. A competitive salary of RM4,000 – RM6,000 depending on experience. Uncapped commission opportunities for performance-based growth. A creative, fast-paced work environment where your ideas are valued. Career growth as we expand into Malaysia, Singapore, and international markets. Onsite role with accommodation discussion available if you stay far.
Salary : RM4,000 – RM6,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am – 7 : 00pm (1-hour break)
Saturday : Optional if you're the workaholic type
Location : Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (Onsite Only)

For you, social media isn't about dumping content—it's about telling stories that stick, shaping culture, and building communities that feel alive. You know algorithms aren't barriers, they're languages—and you speak them fluently.
Your mission? To turn ideas into influence, followers into true fans, and content into campaigns that make people stop, feel, and take action.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow multiple brand accounts, mainly across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Xiao Hong Shu, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop platform-specific strategies that feel authentic while achieving business objectives.
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and strategists to transform raw content into scroll-stopping posts.
- Write captions, CTAs, and replies that sound like a brand's witty, trusted best friend.
- Track and optimize performance based on the metrics that truly matter : reach, saves, shares, CTR, comments, retention, and conversions.
- Build structured yet adaptable content calendars.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices—experiment before they go mainstream.
- Coordinate content launches, campaigns, and drops with creativity and precision.
