Network & Information Security Engineer Inetrnship (Start ASAP)

Join FINEXUS as a Network & Information Security Engineer Intern to support network security monitoring, device configuration, and vulnerability assessments.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and securing network systems to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Collaborate with the IT team to configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support the implementation of security measures, such as intrusion detection systems (IDS) and endpoint protection solutions.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments, security audits, and risk analyses to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of security documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the setup and maintenance of virtual private networks (VPNs) and access control mechanisms.
• Research and stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
• Provide technical support for network and security-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
