Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at Plaza TTDI, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position. As the Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the overall human resources function and contributing to the success of our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Maintain attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Liaise with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and LHDN for statutory submissions
- Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and company policies
- Support employee engagement, performance review, and training programs
- Develop and implement performance appraisal and KPI systems
- Assist in building a supportive and collaborative work environment
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits or HR projects
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of HR
