We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and contributing to the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies, including posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
- Manage the hiring process, including job offers, salary negotiations, and preparation / updating of employment contracts and HR policies.
- Promote the company's employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.Minimum two years of recruitment or HR experience.Experience hiring in Tourism / Hospitality industry.Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter / JobStreet Talent Search.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Good knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.Able to start work immediately is added advantage.To Apply :
