We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and contributing to the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies, including posting job advertisements across various platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
• Manage the hiring process, including job offers, salary negotiations, and preparation / updating of employment contracts and HR policies.
• Promote the company's employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as required.

Qualifications :

Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter / JobStreet Talent Search.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
