We curate preloved books into self-service bookshops across Malaysia, offering them at affordable prices. Each purchase supports our mission of making books accessible while reducing waste. Apart from our bookshops, we operate donation programs, set up reading spaces, collaborate with CSR partners, and support communities in need. With over a dozen outlets, BFBW strives to make reading accessible, sustainable, and impactful.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive, located in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for managing sales operations, optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
