Lead Account Manager – Honeywell Separations and Purification

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Overview

Honeywell invites a Senior Sales leader to drive growth in the Separations and Purification (HSP) business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet annual sales targets for HSP business.
  • Develop and maintain sales strategies with distributors.
  • Execute HSP strategy and improve project opportunities.
  • Grow non-traditional, non-Oil & Gas market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts in SFDC.
  • Use solution selling and Miller Heiman tools.
  • Present at industry seminars and conferences.
  • Communicate customer intelligence and market risks.
  • Partner with channel partners for organic sales.
  • Identify new channel partners.
  • Report monthly + quarterly forecasts.
  • Meet accounts receivable and collections targets.
  • Meet sales expense budget targets.

Key Experience & Capabilities

  • BS Degree in Chemical / Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in specialty chemicals, catalysts & adsorbents sales.
  • Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience.
  • Account Management experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue.
  • International sales coordination experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to travel within SEA (50% of time).
