About The Role

As a People & Culture Executive, you’ll support HR initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle : from onboarding and training, to engagement, employee relations, policy, and offboarding.
This is a junior HR role blending administrative coordination with opportunities to think, learn, and grow into a strategic HR contributor. You’ll help ensure smooth delivery of programs and processes while gaining exposure to identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, and co-creating people solutions that make a real difference. Key Responsibilities
- Support Strong Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding logistics (scheduling, documentation, welcome kits, orientation).
- Track onboarding progress and follow up with new hires and managers.
- Observe and suggest opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience.

Coordinate Learning & Development ActivitiesSchedule and prepare for training sessions, manage logistics and materials.Maintain training records, collect feedback, and assist with HRDF submissions and claims.Support implementation of training programs based on needs and feedback.Over time, you’ll be introduced to structured learning models like ADDIE and help apply them.Why it matters : Learning takes thoughtful planning, coordination, and continuous improvement.
Assist in Employee Engagement & Culture InitiativesSupport engagement campaigns, team-building activities, and recognition programs.Help with event planning, logistics, and communications.Learn to analyze engagement data and contribute ideas to strengthen culture.Why it matters : A vibrant culture grows through thoughtful actions and consistent follow-through.
Support a Thoughtful and Structured Offboarding ExperienceCoordinate the offboarding process including exit interviews, documentation, and access deactivation.Ensure all steps align with company standards and are handled professionally.Help track and analyze feedback to inform continuous improvement.Why it matters : A professional offboarding process supports employer brand and valuable insights.
Collaborate Across HR FunctionsPartner with HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) on projects and communications.Assist in resolving basic employee queries and guide employees / managers to appropriate resources.Support documentation and coordination of employee relations cases following company SOPs.Assist in drafting and updating policies related to workplace regulations, engagement, and compliance.Support corporate announcements and cross-functional initiatives impacting employees.Why it matters : Cross-functional collaboration broadens your HR perspective and builds your future capability.
Requirements
1–2 years of work experience in HR, administration, or related people-oriented roles.Fresh graduates with a proven track record of coordinating people-focused events or activities—such as university clubs, volunteering, or internship projects—are also welcome to apply.Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent spoken and written English.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus but not required.What You’ll Learn And Grow Into
