Responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Salesforce CRM system, ensuring reliable performance, user support, and data-driven insights to enhance business operations and decision-making.

This Malaysia-based position requires the successful candidate to work according to Australia (Sydney) business hours to support cross-regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Be an expert in Salesforce domain to administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM system, including data security, custom objects, flows, and automations to ensure efficient day-to-day system performance.
• Responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Configure and implement integration with Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct regular reviews, audits, and performance checks on the CRM platform to uphold data integrity, system stability, and user compliance across departments.
• Perform data imports, exports, backups and cleansing to maintain high-quality data standards.
• Support onboarding by training new users on Salesforce functionalities, best practices, and data entry standards. Develop concise user guides and deliver refresher sessions when needed.
• Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (e.g., LWC).
• Create and modify controllers, triggers, and extensions.
• Develop interactive UIs using Visualforce, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal or third‑party systems via SOAP / REST, JSON / XML.
• Hands on design and development of custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business insights and strategic decision-making. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce reporting tools for presentation to senior management.
• Explore and apply AI tools or Salesforce-native automation (e.g., Einstein, Flow, Process Builder) to enhance workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve CRM efficiency.
