Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role will be responsible for : Working with business users to perform requirements gathering, functional analysis, and business process mapping in a software development project setting. Converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Liaise, communicate with, and manage stakeholders in a software development project. Manage and respond to user requests in a post go-live support environment. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) - including but not limited to system analysis, design, and implementation. Plan and execute user training, project documentation, SIT and UAT. Coordinate project sprints and scrum sessions.
