Responsibilities

• Database Management and Maintenance

Maintain and configure database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL)

Monitor database performance, optimize queries, indexes and storage

Implement database best practice and security policy

Implement security control and enforce database security policies (Access control, encryption, audit logging, secure connection)

Investigate and resolve database issues quickly

Forecast database storage and performance needs

Automate routine DBA tasks (monitoring, failover, backup, restoration, maintenance)

Work with different teams to integrate best database solutions
