About Our Client

Our client is a key MNC within the B2B staffing services renowned for prioritizing trust and commitment to success.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital engagement strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement innovative technology solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze digital engagement metrics to optimize performance.
  • Identify emerging trends in digital technology to improve customer interaction.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage customer feedback channels to ensure a seamless digital experience.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data‑driven analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all digital initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • A background in technology, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3‑6 years of experience in managing owned digital properties and platforms including content management systems (Drupal preferred) and SEO.
  • Ability to deliver an engaging and effective digital customer experience through knowledge of CX, UX and design thinking principles.
  • Knowledge of Optimizely and experience with setting up A / B tests.
  • Experience and understanding of digital analytics, GA4 preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic recommendations motivated by data.
  • Experience working in an international multi‑brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Problem solving capabilities and a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
