Senior Compliance Counsel
to support and enhance our Compliance Program. This role is central to ensuring our operations meet internal standards, Malaysian regulations, and international compliance expectations. Activities
Your Impact As the Senior Compliance Counsel, you will : Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs across TEPMY. Conduct due diligence screenings and support anti-corruption audits. Draft, review, and enhance compliance policies and frameworks. Promote integrity awareness and lead conflict-of-interest declaration exercises. Collaborate with internal departments and the Compliance HQ Team to assess risks and ensure effective reporting. Monitor e-learning participation and compliance performance indicators. Provide expert advice on compliance directives and procedures. Support the Compliance Officer in risk minimisation and audit facilitation. Candidate Profile
What We Are Looking For A Degree in Legal Studies or a related field from a recognised university. Minimum 7 years of experience in Compliance, Governance, or Ethics roles. Strong command of written and spoken English. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of anti-corruption laws and international compliance standards. Additional Information
