CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects across Malaysia, including assignments in Perak, Pahang, Kelantan, and Terengganu . The role requires strong leadership, client management, and contract administration skills, with proven experience managing projects under JKR (Jabatan Kerja Raya) and JPS (Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran) . The Project Manager will ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with government regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, government authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage project progress, monitor milestones, and prepare regular project reports for management and clients.
• Administer contracts, monitor claims, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and CIDB requirements.
• Anticipate and resolve project risks, technical issues, and delays effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.
