Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Key Account

Penerangan pekerjaanEnsure proper and efficient after-sales support to the dealer Give feedback to the dealer regarding his sales support to the customer Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of reports regarding market activities, Competitors' Products / Prices, / Promotion activities to the Branch Manager Prepare dealer reports related to sales figures, collections, scheme achievement, etc Send reports regarding discount schemes, figures, distribution of gifts, etc., to the accounts department Managing the distribution of goods, which are in high demand but short supply Maintaining contacts with competitors' dealers to extract information Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or any related field Experience of 4-6 years, preferably in the Consumer Electronics Industry, with at least 2 to 3 years of sales experience Candidates from the FMCG and Retail industry are encouraged to apply Good Communication and negotiation skills Good interpersonal skills Able to relocate or based in Kuantan, Pahang 1-year renewable contract role available
Dealer Management
- Building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with the dealers to keep them motivated
- Training dealers' employees for proper display and educating them about product features
- Arranging / organizing service backup for the dealers
- Give guidelines to the dealers regarding promotional activities
- Ensure that promotional material is properly displayed
