Spearheaded end-to-end IT recruitment across Malaysia and Singapore, covering roles in Information Technology
Partnered with hiring managers and technical leads to understand complex IT requirements and design targeted sourcing strategies.
Sourced top IT talent using job portals for APAC Region.
Assessed technical skills through resume screening, coding test coordination, and structured technical interview processes.
Managed the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, feedback management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Understanding about Singapore and Malaysia government regulations, including Employment pass requirements and contract terms for IT professionals.
Built and maintained a pipeline of high-demand tech roles, including Java developers, DevOps engineers, cloud architects, and data engineers.
Delivered strong hiring outcomes under tight SLAs, reducing average time-to-fill for critical IT roles with proactive talent mapping.
