Project and Business Planning Management
Job Responsibilities Formulate intelligent computing business system planning (e.g., product layout, regional coverage, customer stratification) based on the overall market demand in the Asia-Pacific region, and define the business development path and phased goals. Lead the overall process coordination and scheduling of intelligent computing projects from pre-sales to in-sales, including demand connection, plan review, resource coordination, progress control, delivery and acceptance, etc., to achieve a closed loop of "demand-delivery". Establish a project management system, clarify the responsibility division, time nodes and delivery standards of each link, formulate project plans (e.g., Gantt chart), track the implementation progress, and ensure the project progresses on time and with quality. Take the lead in organizing pre-sales plan review meetings, coordinate the participation of business, technology and delivery teams, and evaluate the feasibility and risks of the plan; in the in-sales phase, maintain real-time communication with customers and internal teams to synchronize project progress. Identify project risks (e.g., insufficient resources, demand changes, delivery delays), formulate response plans and promote solutions; organize project review after the project is completed, accumulate experience and optimize the project management process. Collaborate with regional business units, coordinate the allocation of cross-regional project resources, ensure the coordinated advancement of projects in the Asia-Pacific region, and improve overall delivery efficiency. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, electronic information technology or related fields. More than 4 years of experience in project management or business planning, including at least 2 years of experience in intelligent computing, cloud computing or IT project management; PMP certification is preferred. Familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile); able to independently manage complex projects; proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Project). Understand the full process of intelligent computing projects (pre-sales plan, resource deployment, delivery and acceptance); have the ability to understand needs and control risks; able to coordinate multiple teams to advance projects. Fluent in English; able to independently write English project plans and review reports; Malay communication skills are preferred. Strong overall coordination capabilities, pressure resistance, and result-oriented thinking; able to adapt to multi-project parallel management.
