Join our team as an Admin Clerk to learn, grow, and build your future with us This is an office-based position. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Clerk to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, maintain records, and assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.

工作职责 :

  • 执行一般书记工作,如归档、复印、扫描及数据输入
  • 维持及更新公司档案、数据库和文件
  • 处理来往通讯,包括电邮、信件及电联
  • 协助准备报告、发票及其他文件
  • 与其他部门协调,以确保工作流程顺利
  • 完成上级安排的其他行政相关工作。

职位要求 :

  • 至少拥有 SPM / Diploma文凭或同等学历
  • 熟练操作 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
  • 具备良好的沟通能力及组织能力
  • 做事细心,能够独立工作
  • 须具备中文能力,以便与说中文的客户群沟通
  • 欢迎应届毕业生申请 —— 公司将提供培训。
  • Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed - training will be provided
