Head of IT Application development

Penerangan pekerjaan
  • Bachelor's degree in IT / computer science / computer engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably tertiary qualification in Computer Studies.
  • Minimum 8- 10 years in application development or management
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as System Analyst or in related role.
  • Strong background in managing end to end IT projects, from understanding business processes and gathering requirements to system design and implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading system integration projects, including integrating disparate systems, applications, and data sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and translate technical solutions to meet business users' requirements.
  • Project Management Certification (PMMI, PRINCE, SAFE Agile, Scrum Master) would be desirable
  • Well versed with MS Office and can write reports, business correspondences and prepare presentations.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, building and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
  • A team player who prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines consistently
  • Experience working in or with financial institutions would be an advantage
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing product requirements, integration challenges, and emerging technologies.
