Job Description

Supervise daily logistics operations and resolve operational issues. Coordinate with government bodies, banks, freight forwarders, and insurance providers. Manage warehouse activities including inventory control, stock movement, and asset maintenance. Handle customer complaints and lead investigations related to logistics issues. Conduct and verify monthly and annual stock counts. Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and initiate customer satisfaction surveys. Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities like the Statistics Department and Port Klang Authority. Renew licenses and agreements related to warehouse and transport operations. Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance team capabilities. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in line with ISO, HALAL, RSPO, and HACCP certifications. A successful Assistant Logistics & Warehouse Manager should have : Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills. Familiarity with customs procedures and SAP (SD & MM modules). Demonstrates leadership, customer orientation, and problem-solving abilities. What\'s on Offer
