Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all facility systems e.g. : production utilities, machining and equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety etc. to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Plan and execute building maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to manage facility services and projects.
• Plan, coordinate and execute building expansion plans and renovations including overseeing the commissioning of building structural work, utility infrastructure and setup of production lines.
• Develop and execute a robust preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs for production equipment and facility assets.
• Maintain all machines and utilities in optimal condition to support continuous manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards related to workplace safety, building codes, energy use, environmental regulations, and fire safety i.e. ISO, OSHA.
• Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead facility-related sustainability initiatives including solar energy integration, energy efficiency improvements, and waste reduction programs.
• Manage vendors / contractors partnership including identify the service requirements, specifications and scopes of work.
• Lead capital projects : feasibility studies, technical requirement gathering, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and execution—from concept to commissioning.
• Prepare and manage facility management budgets, including maintenance, utilities, and capital improvements.
• Consistently practice human resource management in building team capability through guiding, leading, coaching & motivating direct team.
