OOI YAMAMOTO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is NEW Malaysian branch of a Japanese wholesale company with over 400 years of history in Japan.
In addition to branches in Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and India, we have partners across Asia. In Malaysia, we utilize our group's network to import and wholesale Japanese food ingredients and to export food products produced in Malaysia.
We aim to contribute to the further spread of Japanese cuisine in Asia and create job opportunities in each region.

Tasks & responsibilities
・Acquire and secure new clients :
Actively identify and capture new business opportunities to expand our client base and enter new markets.
・Maintain strong client relationships :
Build and sustain strong, enduring relationships with our valued clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
・Expand sales and market presence :
Discover and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and enhance our market presence. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
・Predict and plan for customer demand :
Examine market trends and customer data to predict demand accurately, ensuring our efforts are aligned to meet and surpass customer expectations.
・Report on activities and progress :
Deliver consistent updates on activities and progress, providing the management team with insightful status reports and key observations.
Skills and Requirements
・Experience :
At least 2 years of sales experience, especially in Food and Beverage industry is required.
・Language :
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
・Essential Skills :
Highly motivated and innovative, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
・Own Transport and Valid Driving License :
Need to travel to meet clients.
