We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales (Corporate / Mice) to join our team in SEPANG. This key leadership role will drive our sales strategy for corporate clients and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments, ensuring revenue growth and market leadership. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Corporate and MICE segments, aligning with overall business objectives Lead, mentor, and supervise the Corporate & MICE sales team, setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing coaching Identify and secure new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key corporate clients, MICE planners, and travel agencies Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and flawless event execution Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to maintain a competitive edge Collaborate with the commercial team to develop innovative pricing strategies and sales packages Manage departmental budget and oversee sales-related contracts, agreements, and proposals Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market analysis to senior leadership Work closely with Operations, Culinary, and Banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences Champion interdepartmental collaboration to deliver cohesive and memorable service experiences Act as a visible role model for the highest standards of professionalism and brand representation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry Proven track record of successfully managing and leading Corporate & MICE sales teams to achieve revenue targets Demonstrated expertise in strategic sales planning, account management, and business development Strong understanding of MICE market trends and best practices Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and public speaking skills Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions Results-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Innovative mindset, constantly seeking creative ways to secure new business Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong network within the corporate and MICE sectors Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings Our Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
