Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire M&E construction lifecycle, including planning, execution, and handover phases
• Coordinate with site and contractor teams to ensure timely completion of M&E project milestones
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring clear communication of updates on schedules, budgets, and technical issues to stakeholders
• Lead M&E‑specific contract negotiations and manage amendments with architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Evaluate M&E construction methods for cost‑effectiveness, monitor budget adherence, and produce regular progress and financial reports
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities, ensuring adherence to project standards
• Provide support to local teams on customer discussions regarding M&E project progress and any technical challenges
• Collaborate closely with external consultants to ensure effective design and construction of M&E systems within data centers, covering HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and other critical infrastructure
• Ensure the successful handover of M&E systems to operational teams, addressing any outstanding issues or deficiencies
• Lead safety initiatives on‑site, ensuring full compliance with M&E regulations and industry standards
• Oversee adherence to all relevant permitting and government authority requirements for M&E projects
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the project team
• Implement advanced project management and quality control techniques to optimize M&E project outcomes
