Job Description
- Manage the Technical Support and Product Development team.
- Oversee technical work, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
- Ensure cost-effective formulations while maintaining high product performance standards.
- Supervise coil projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and quality.
- Build strong customer relationships to differentiate Beckers' offerings and enhance loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Sales to promote products and drive market growth.
- Contribute to Beckers' global R&D initiatives, enhancing competitiveness and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and EHS standards.
- Provide technical services to customers, including testing, trials, and feedback collection.
- Optimize formulation costs in alignment with sales strategy and revenue objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field.Minimum 6 years of technical and research experience in paint, coatings, or a related industry.Additional Information
