Website Development & IT Support Executive

Overview

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field .

Proven experience in website development and maintenance (WordPress, PHP, or similar platforms).

Experience working with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) .

Basic understanding of network systems and IT troubleshooting .

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain company websites to ensure smooth functionality, security, and responsiveness.
• Manage hosting, domain, and server configurations (including AWS setup, monitoring, and backups).
• Provide basic IT support to internal teams (hardware, software, email, and network troubleshooting).
• Monitor and ensure website uptime, speed, and technical performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to update website content and ensure brand consistency.
• Support social media activities — including posting, coordination, and website-social media integration.
• Maintain proper documentation of systems, credentials, and IT processes.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security policies.
