Overview

IT Expert Shell Scripting / SQL (Experience-Hire) role at Accenture Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user requests (analyze and debug).
  • Participate in projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and coordinate with infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology.

Qualifications

  • Senior : >

    • 6 years of experience with Linux and shell scripting as well as SQL and production support.

  • Knowledge of financial market operations is a plus.

    • Academic requirements

  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in information technology engineering, or related field (e.g., project management).

    • Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux / Unix environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle-oriented).
  • Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems.
  • Familiarity with Citrix is a plus.
  • Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z / OS), is a plus.
  • Experience with monitoring and incident management systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL or similar service management best practices.

  • Quick learner; capable of rapidly acquiring new technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
