Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum qualification of SPM or a high school diploma; additional education in customer service or retail is an advantage Must have basic English communication skills Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays Passion & motivated in doing sales Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred Working day : 5 days per week with 2 rotational off days include weekend & PH Training will be provided EPF / SOCSO / EIS Unlimited commission Renewable contract Medical claim Hospitalization leavesAnnual leave Shift allowance (Applicable for working in Mall) Central i-City Mall, Shah Alam IPC Mall, Damansara
Our client is a leading telecommunications company in Malaysia, offering internet plans, postpaid plans with the best phone packages, and much more. They are seeking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join their team.
Job Descriptions
- Proactively present and sell products and services to walk-in clients, handle payment, attend to service enquiries and complaints
- Handle Bill Payments, POS system, and emails
- Responsible for monetary transactions and company stocks (e.g. Phone, SIM Card, Accessories, Cash, etc.)
- Involve Instore and outdoor roving
- To assume any other assignments from the Management
Opportunity to enhance your upselling and customer engagement skills through hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment.
