Key Responsibilities : Post job advertisements on platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, and other relevant job boards / Platform. Ensure job posts are clear, engaging, and optimized for the target audience. Monitor responses to job ads and identify profiles that match the job requirements. Forward qualified profiles to the recruiter for the next steps in the hiring process. Stay updated on the latest job boards and social media platforms for optimal recruitment opportunities. Qualifications : Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply Familiarity with social media posting and advertising management is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Must be comfortable working remotely and able to using own laptops or PC or mobile phone for posting jobs.
