Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations in Food Exchange TRX
- Ensure staff follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor food quality, presentation, portioning, and service flow
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to perform at their best
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and placing orders
- Create and manage shift schedules effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment
- Support the Manager in achieving outlet targets and continuous improvements
Requirements :
Minimum 1 years of supervisory experience in F&B industryGood attitude, respectful toward leadership, and cooperative team playerExcellent communication and people management skillsGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailFamiliar with basic administrative tasks and POS systemsWilling to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsPassionate about food, service, and customer satisfactionJob Type : Full-time
