About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join the team at Bestwise Sdn Bhd, a leading Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics company based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our manufacturing and logistics teams, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and leading a team of production and logistics personnel to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within set timeframes
• Developing and implementing plans to optimise workflow and productivity, identifying areas for improvement
• Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback, coaching and training to support their development
• Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and quality standards, and reporting any issues or concerns
• Collaborating with other departments to coordinate the timely delivery of products and services
• Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on team activities and performance metrics
